I recently sold my home in Druid Hills through Lance and I have to tell you that he did a fantastic job of listing my home and getting it out there for people to see. I had my home listed with someone else.......a friend, which I would never do again. He had it for 6 months and had multiple open houses and showed to some people. In the first 3 weeks that Lance had it listed, I had showings just about every day. Sometimes more than one showing too. We never had one open house.  I was thrilled that in just about a month since having it, I was under contract. Lance really worked very hard to get it sold. His name came up in conversation with some friends that also used him for buying a home in the Atlanta area.  I interviewed three prospective agents when my contract with the other agent was coming to an end.  Lance's presentation was thorough and very impressive.  I was most impressed at how connected Sanctuary with the country and prospective clients was.  The other agents didn't come close as to their presentations.  All I can say is that I would use him again in a heartbeat if I was going to look for a home in the Atlanta area again.
