When showing us potential houses he let us form our own opinions before weighing in and answering any questions we had. If Lance didn't know the answer(which was rare) he'd find out. We are now living in a house that we are happy with in Avondale Estates. The day before closing we got word that there was some minor problem that was holding up final approval of our loan. This week I was able to purchase my first home. Yes, Rosie has finally taken some responsibility and incurred 30 years of debt Being a first time home buyer I was very skeptical of what I was getting myself into and nervous about the entire process.
